Multi Team Challenge Competition (12+ participants, working in MULTIPLE GROUPS of equal number)
What your event looks like
A typical day: Arrive from 9am. Depart by 4.15pm
Based in our 7-acre woodland, you will have exclusive use of all the facilities to enjoy a unique experience.
Met by one of our dedicated outdoor activity instructors, you will receive a full introduction to the day, whilst enjoying complimentary drink refreshments and snacks.
Your team challenge programme will comprise of your chosen five outdoor activities. For each activity, your team’s objective is to complete the task as set out at the start of the session. You will be working under a time limit, which creates excitement and pressure with the necessity to work as a team. With the multi team challenge competition, the teams will be competing against each other, and the results from each task will be loaded into the ‘supacomputa’ at the end of the day to declare the winning team!
The appeal of this event is that it can be tailored to all preferences and abilities. At the time of booking, we can explore all activity options to ensure there is something for everyone. There is also the reassurance from our ‘challenge by choice’ policy. This is a team challenge, so the key is to put the right people, on the right job at the right time and no-one will be forced to partake in an element they are not comfortable with.
The instructors and facilities are excellent. We have a lot of Colleagues and our focus was to strengthen team spirit, build trust and enhance our communication across shifts and departments. Our sessions at Outdoor Elements helped us to achieve this.
