The Team Challenge Event is designed for up to 12 participants, working together as ONE TEAM.
What your event looks like:
A typical day: Arrive from 9am. Depart by 4.15pm
Based in our 7-acre woodland, you will have exclusive use of all the facilities to enjoy a unique experience.
Met by one of our dedicated outdoor activity instructors, you will receive a full introduction to the day, whilst enjoying complimentary drink refreshments and snacks.
Your team challenge programme will comprise of your chosen five outdoor activities. For each activity, your team’s objective is to complete the task as set out at the start of the session. You will be working under a time limit, which creates excitement and pressure with the necessity to work as a team.
The appeal of this event is that it can be tailored to all preferences and abilities. At the time of booking, we can explore all activity options to ensure there is something for everyone. There is also the reassurance from our ‘challenge by choice’ policy. This is a team challenge, so the key is to put the right people, on the right job at the right time and no-one will be forced to partake in an element they are not comfortable with.
Most of your visit will be spent in the great outdoors, but we also have indoor facilities to provide refreshments throughout your stay.
Drink refreshments are included in the price and available throughout. We have a range of catering options for breakfast and lunch.

Thank you to Jim, Colin & Lee at Outdoor Elements for our fantastic Team Day. It gave us a chance to step away from our usual work routine and spend time together in a different setting whilst having lots of fun.
