Adult Outdoor Activity Birthday Party
We host outdoor activity parties for grown-ups and young at heart too!
Whatever your age, you are welcome to hold your birthday party here at Outdoor Elements and we can design an outdoor activity event just for you! We're based in a beautiful mature woodland in Simonstone, there is on-site parking, we provide drink refreshments as standard and catering is available too.
Our choice of outdoor activities allows you to go for full-on ADRENALINE with the high rope elements; have a SURVIVAL theme, which can include cooking on the camp fire; or a fun COMPETITION with our feet-on-the-ground selection or a mixture of activities appealing to all ages and abilities.

For half-day sessions choose 3 activities.
For a full-day choose 5 activities.
Prices:
There is a minimum charge for 10 participants. The price includes VAT, qualified instruction, and equipment.

Timings
The timings can be flexible to your needs but are generally:
Half day: 9.30am – 12.30pm or 1.30pm – 4.30pm.
Full day: 9.30am – 4.00pm
Food & Drink
FREE tea, coffee and soft drinks.
Food is available to order in advance, please contact us for details.
How to Book:
Contact us via email or phone to check availability.
We issue a booking confirmation, group information form and an invoice.
Pay a 50% deposit to secure the booking.
Pay the balance 4 weeks before the activity date.
General Information:
A kit list would be provided with booking confirmation, but nothing special is required.
- All instructors have been DBS cleared and are first aid trained.
- Written risk assessments for all activities are available
- We hold Professional Indemnity Civil Liability & Employers Liability Insurance cover
Accommodation:
If you are visiting the area, we can offer accommodation suggestions to suit your budget.
Number in group:
Whatever number you want, but ideally 8+ (please note that there is a minimum charge for 10), and we can cater comfortably for up to 40 for this type of event.
