Outdoor Elements believes every young person should be able to enjoy meaningful, confidence-building outdoor experiences. Our activities are designed to be inclusive and accessible where possible, with thoughtful adaptations made to support a wide range of needs.

Fully Instructor-Led Day Visits & Multi-Day Programmes
Outdoor Elements offers fully instructor-led day visits as well as structured multi-day programmes delivered at our seven-acre woodland centre in Simonstone. Most activities can be adapted to meet a wide range of needs, ensuring accessibility, comfort, and success for all participants.
Before your visit, our team works closely with you to understand your group’s requirements, learning aims, and any additional considerations.
We conduct thorough risk assessments and make any necessary adjustments, guaranteeing a safe, enjoyable, and well-supported outdoor experience.
A Calm, Spacious & Sensory-Rich Environment
Our woodland setting is naturally calming, open, and sensory-rich – the perfect environment for participants to explore, try new things, and develop key life skills.
Participants can build confidence, communication, resilience, and teamwork through hands-on experiences that are paced and adapted to suit individual needs.
